Jersey City Kia, a prominent automotive dealership in Jersey City, has expanded its management team and actively seeking highly experienced car sales professionals to join our newly formed team. We are specifically looking for individuals with a proven track record in automotive sales who are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and achieving exceptional sales performance.

Responsibilities:

Drive sales and surpass targets by leveraging extensive experience in car sales. Build and foster relationships with customers to ensure a personalized sales experience. Utilize deep product knowledge to highlight the unique features and benefits of our vehicle inventory. Collaborate seamlessly with team members to deliver a consistently exceptional customer experience. Stay abreast of industry trends, product updates, and competitor activities.

Requirements:

Demonstrable success and experience in automotive sales, particularly in selling cars. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills honed through extensive car sales experience. Self-motivated and driven by achieving and exceeding sales targets. Ability to work independently and within a team environment. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
