Job Description
We are hiring a Sales Representative to support our community outreach and fundraising campaigns. In this role, you will represent nonprofit organizations at live events, helping raise awareness and generate support for important causes. This is a face-to-face, event-based position where you will engage directly with community members at local events, retail activations, and pop-up campaigns. Your primary responsibility is to connect with individuals, educate them on nonprofit initiatives, and inspire them to contribute through donations or ongoing support. What You'll Be Doing (Day-to-Day Responsibilities) Attend and represent nonprofit campaigns at local events and community locations Initiate face-to-face conversations with attendees to introduce charitable causes and programs Clearly present campaign goals, impact, and ways to get involved Identify potential supporters and guide them through the donation or sign-up process Encourage recurring contributions and increased support through effective communication Maintain and manage follow-ups with interested supporters when applicable Track daily outreach, donations, and engagement using company systems Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews Stay informed on current campaigns, goals, and organizational updates What We're Looking For Previous experience in customer service, fundraising, events, or sales is a plus but not required Comfortable working in a face-to-face, event-based environment Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and inspire people Ability to handle objections and confidently explain the value of supporting a cause Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to meet and exceed fundraising targets Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently and as part of a team Flexible schedule, including some weekends for events Interest in growth into leadership or management roles Compensation & Growth Guaranteed pay with a commission structure with performance-based earnings (average $3,000-$6,000 per month, paid weekly) Paid as a W-2 employee Ongoing training and development toward leadership and management roles What You'll Gain Hands-on experience in community outreach and fundraising Ongoing training in communication, leadership, and campaign strategy Opportunity to grow into higher-level roles based on performance while making a positive impact in the community Disclaimer This is not an offer for direct employment by Elite Rose Management, this is an opportunity on behalf of our client filling this role and/or position.
