Onsite in Kearny w/ schedule flexibility | Monday-Friday About the Opportunity We're partnering with an established logistics / freight organization in Kearny, NJ, New Jersey that's investing in growth. This is a true hunter role built for someone who wins by opening doors, building a book of business, and owning revenue. If you've sold international freight / forwarding (especially Transatlantic + Transpacific ) and you're sharp on the operational side (Incoterms, documentation, customs/trade compliance basics), this is the kind of role where your results directly drive your income— with no cap . What You'll Be Doing Hunt and close new B2B customers across international freight / forwarding solutions Build and manage a pipeline of target accounts and decision-makers Sell solutions tied to Transatlantic and Transpacific trade lanes Lead discovery, pricing conversations, proposals, and negotiations Partner internally to ensure clean handoffs and strong service execution Maintain and grow relationships post-close to expand wallet share Stay aligned with shipping operations requirements, Incoterms , and documentation expectations Navigate customer needs around customs, import/export processes, and trade compliance coordination What They're Looking For Proven B2B sales success in logistics, freight forwarding, or international transportation Strong knowledge of Transatlantic + Transpacific lanes and international shipping operations Strong understanding of Incoterms and how they impact shipping strategy and execution 8+ years of experience in logistics/freight/supply chain/freight sales environments Working knowledge of customs regulations, import/export processes, trade compliance , and shipping documentation Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Comfortable in a fast-paced, operationally driven environment Must be within commutable distance to Moonachie, NJ Bachelor's degree preferred (Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related) Why This Role Makes Sense High-income upside : solid base + uncapped commissions (you control the ceiling) True hunter seat : built for closers who want autonomy and ownership Strong market fit : international shipping demand + repeatable lanes to sell into Local HQ + flexibility : Moonachie-based with schedule flexibility for producers If you're the kind of freight sales pro who wants a role where activity = pipeline and pipeline = income, this is worth a quick conversation. #
