We're looking for a bilingual Office Administrator & Sales Coordinator who is outgoing, organized, people-focused, and excited to grow with a fast-moving company. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys talking with people, solving problems, staying organized, and being part of a growing service business. We need someone who is confident on the phone, responsive with customers, and not afraid to actively follow up through calls, texts, and emails. We're also looking for someone who thinks critically, enjoys improving processes, and is excited about helping a company grow through better organization, stronger customer communication, and new marketing ideas. Ongoing training and support will be provided, and we value team members who want to continue learning and developing professionally. What You'll Do Answer incoming customer calls and respond to inquiries Manage and follow up with Facebook and online leads Schedule painting estimates and maintain the sales calendar Nurture leads throughout the customer journey using calls, texts, and emails Manage and maintain the lead and job pipeline within DripJobs Help customers find solutions that fit their needs and budget Coordinate with field crews and support day-to-day job operations Assist with ordering materials and tracking project needs Handle customer questions and communicate project updates Keep customer records, marketing data, and job information organized Help organize and manage company photo and video assets Support general office administration and workflow management Contribute ideas to improve customer experience, marketing, and operational efficiency What We're Looking For Bilingual in English and Spanish (required) 1-3 years of experience in painting, home improvement, construction, or another service trade preferred Outgoing, personable, and professional demeanor Strong listening and communication skills Someone who genuinely enjoys helping customers and building relationships Comfortable making outbound calls and consistently following up with leads Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment A critical thinker who enjoys problem-solving and process improvement Self-motivated, dependable, and able to take initiative without constant supervision Someone who takes ownership of their work and looks for ways to help the team succeed Excited to grow with a small business and contribute ideas Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Experience using CRM systems preferred HubSpot and/or DripJobs experience is a major plus Familiarity with Meta Business Suite and Facebook lead management is a plus Comfortable using Google Business tools, Google Drive, and Google Docs Ability to help organize digital marketing assets including photos and videos Position Details Full-time In-office position (5 days per week to start) Located in Kearny, NJ Ongoing training and professional development provided Opportunity for long-term growth within the company About Triangles Painting & Home Improvement Triangles Painting & Home Improvement provides residential painting and home improvement services throughout Northern New Jersey.
