Responsibilities Prospect and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, networking, and industry events to expand the dealership's reach Conduct engaging B2B (business-to-business) sales presentations and negotiations to secure high-end vehicle deals Manage and nurture an active sales pipeline using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track leads, follow-ups, and closing activities Upsell additional products, services, or vehicle features to enhance customer satisfaction and increase revenue Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted outreach strategies that attract new clients and retain existing ones Maintain comprehensive knowledge of inventory management, dealership offerings, and market trends to provide expert guidance to customers Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette, public speaking skills, and organizational abilities during client interactions and presentations Qualifications Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or automobile sales with a focus on high-end or luxury vehicles preferred Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively while maintaining positive customer relationships Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client bases Familiarity with CRM software, inventory control systems, and retail math for accurate sales tracking and inventory management Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—with the ability to engage confidently in public speaking situations Prior dealership experience or background in automotive sales is advantageous Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prospects simultaneously and prioritize tasks efficiently Knowledge of outbound sales techniques such as cold calling combined with effective marketing strategies This role is ideal for energetic professionals eager to make a difference in the automotive industry.
