Outside Sales Representative Are you an experienced sales professional with a deep understanding of the construction industry? Do you enjoy connecting with customers and providing solutions that help their businesses and day-to-day thrive? If so, we want to talk to you. Power Fast Construction Supply, a small family-run B2B distribution company providing construction tools, supplies, and equipment since 1985, is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to join our team. We're a business that values loyalty, reliability, and honesty, and we treat our customers the right way. Key Responsibilities:

Generate sales leads and turn them into opportunities to close. Contact potential clients and create rapport by networking, using referrals, etc. Present our company to potential customers in a personable, friendly, and professional manner, thereby increasing brand awareness. Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services. Foster and develop relationships with customers, building repour. Understand the needs of our customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet these. Constantly update your knowledge of our product offerings and the construction industry. Operate and maintain company vehicle daily (pick-up truck).

Minimum Qualifications:

4+ years of outside sales experience. 4+ years of experience in the construction industry. General and specific product knowledge in the construction industry is a must. Willingness to continually learn new products, their functions, and their uses. Ability to work independently and still strive for individual and company success. Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills. Clean driving record (MVR check), pass drug test (lab), consent to background check. Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese language(s) is highly preferred! We offer a starting salary with an incentivized commission structure on finalized sales, with room for improvement on both based on performance and reliability.
