Job Description
Job Overview We are hiring a Program Specialist (Front Desk & Sales) to support our school operations and help grow student enrollments. This role combines front desk support, student services, and sales . You will assist students with paperwork, answer questions, and actively promote our programs to convert leads into enrollments. You will be the first point of contact , so strong communication and a positive attitude are key. This position is part-time, focusun on sales hourly rate + commission Key Responsibilities Greet and assist students in person, phone, and email Support students with paperwork and school processes Answer questions and provide solutions to student needs Promote and sell programs to new and existing students Follow up with leads and inquiries Maintain records in CRM system Help meet monthly enrollment targets Requirements Fluent in Spanish or Portuguese and English (required) Valid U.S. work permit (required) Experience in sales, customer service, or front desk Comfortable with sales Strong communication and organizational skills Positive, reliable, and team-oriented Compensation & Benefits Base salary + commission on enrollments Growth opportunities Supportive, team-focused environment If you enjoy working with people, staying organized, and earning commission through sales, we'd love to hear from you!
