Flexible Join the Swell Wash Team! We're looking for energetic, outgoing people who love talking to customers and making sales. As a Membership Sales Associate, you'll be connecting with customers, sharing the benefits of our car wash membership program, and ensuring customers drive away happy! You'll earn additional income for every membership sold through commissions, with even more earning potential based on conversion performance and meeting monthly goals. What You'll Do:

Greet customers in a friendly and helpful manner and create a positive first impression Promote and sell car wash memberships Explain services, answer questions and recommend products Cross-sell items and services such as upgrades and gift cards Process payments, and assist with customer concerns Help keep the site clean, organized and running smoothly Work with your team to hit sales goals and grow memberships Follow all safety procedures

What We're Looking For:

Strong communication and people skills Sales or customer service experience preferred Self-motivated and goal-driven Comfortable working in a fast-paced, outdoor environment Team player with a positive attitude Ability to multitask and stay organized
