Job Description

Established in 1904, Moorestown Visiting Nurse Association is a non-profit home care community health organization serving Burlington, Camden, and Gloucester counties in New Jersey. We are one of the very few home care agencies qualified to provide a continuum of care for patients of all ages, no matter how serious the problem, no matter what stage of the illness. It is care we've been delivering to residents of South Jersey for more than 120 years, 24 hours a day. Our services, experience and exceptional people are what set us apart in the minds of our patients. We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Coordinator to join our growing team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Generate new business by building and nurturing relationships with referral sources such as hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, physicians, and other healthcare professionals. Conduct presentations and meetings to educate potential clients and referral partners about our services. Create and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals. Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients and referral partners. Attend networking events to promote our services and brand. Collaborate closely with our intake department and operations teams to ensure a smooth transition for new clients.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a sales or business development role, preferably within the healthcare or home care industry, but not required. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong understanding of the local healthcare market and referral networks. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation. If you are a passionate sales professional ready to contribute to a team that truly makes a difference, we encourage you to apply. Join us in our mission to provide the highest quality of care and support to those who need it most.
