Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Seller to join our vibrant sales team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of driving business growth by engaging with potential clients, managing existing accounts, and expanding our market presence. Your energetic approach to sales, combined with strategic management and business development skills, will help us build lasting relationships and achieve ambitious sales targets. This position offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in B2B sales, territory management, and customer service to make a significant impact. Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic plans for territory management and business development to maximize sales opportunities. Engage in outside and inside sales activities, including cold calling, product demos, and lead generation efforts to attract new clients. Manage existing accounts through effective account management strategies, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships. Conduct thorough market analysis to identify new prospects and stay ahead of industry trends. Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track sales activities, manage customer information, and streamline the sales process. Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that support revenue growth. Deliver compelling product demonstrations and upselling techniques to increase sales volume and customer loyalty. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that support territory sales objectives. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally. Maintain detailed records of all sales activities, pipeline status, and customer interactions for reporting purposes. Experience Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Strong management skills with experience in territory management and account oversight. Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for lead tracking and customer relationship management. Demonstrated ability in negotiation, product demos, upselling, and direct sales techniques. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with clients across various industries. Experience in retail sales or inside sales is a plus but not required. Analytical skills to assess market data and develop strategic approaches for business growth.
