This role serves as a key liaison between clients and internal departments to ensure seamless event execution and high levels of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Assist the sales team in generating leads, preparing proposals, and closing business opportunities Coordinate all aspects of event planning, including logistics, timelines, and vendor management Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the event planning process Prepare contracts, Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), and other event documentation Collaborate with internal teams (operations, catering, AV, etc.) to ensure event requirements are met Conduct site tours and client meetings as needed Track and manage event details, budgets, and billing processes Support on-site event execution to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction Maintain accurate records in CRM or sales management systems Assist with post-event follow-up, including feedback collection and reporting The Sales & Events Coordinator will assist sales managers with administrative duties including but not limited to Word processing, account management, presentation preparation and customer follow up. This position will coordinate account client needs and client events. The Sales & Events Coordinator will maintain files, systems andmunication to other departments as directed by sales managers. The ideal candidate will demonstrate initiative and problem solving skills on assignments. The hourly rate for this position is between $22.00 and $25.00 per hour. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or related field preferred 1-3 years of experience in sales, events, hospitality, or a related role Stronganizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail Excellent written and verbalmunication skills Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM or event management systems is a plus Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed
