The only bottleneck is closers .
Your job is simple:
Talk to homeowners who already want solar Educate them clearly Close deals ethically Get paid well for doing it No hype. No scripts read like a robot. Just clear communication and follow-through. What You'll Do (Plain English) Consult homeowners on solar solutions (not pressure selling) Run appointments (in-home or virtual, depending on market) Explain savings, financing, and system design simply Follow up until a decision is made Close deals and hand them off cleanly to install You win when customers win. Period. Who This Is For This role is for you if all of these are true : You've sold before (solar, roofing, home improvement, B2C sales preferred) You're comfortable with performance-based pay You don't need to be babysat You track your numbers You take rejection without excuses You want to build a skill, not just collect a check Who This Is NOT For Do not apply if: You need hourly pay to feel safe You blame leads, pricing, or the market You hate follow-ups You want a "job" instead of a scorecard You quit when things get uncomfortable This role rewards producers.
