Role Overview:
In this role, you'll be the go-to resource for our customers, assisting them in finding the auto parts they need utilizing our industry leading catalog. This position is ideal for someone with a deep appreciation for the automotive industry and a knack for sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Serving as the primary contact for customer orders, ensuring a seamless experience. Using our catalog system to identify and confirm part orders accurately. Collaborating with the dispatch team to ensure timely order processing and delivery. Continually enhancing product knowledge to serve our customers better.
