ServiceNow Pre Sales Lead

Experteer Overview In this role, you lead presales and solution efforts for ServiceNow opportunities within the BFSI vertical, spanning IT and non-IT product areas. You craft contextual value propositions, author responses to requests for information, and build pipelines with internal and external stakeholders. You act as a trusted partner, shaping composite solutions and guiding delivery governance across cross-functional teams. This position blends advisory prowess with hands-on ServiceNow expertise to drive strategic opportunities in Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance.

Compensation / Benefits

• Lead presales and solutions efforts for ServiceNow opportunities across multiple BFSI business units and regions
• Develop solution strategies and value propositions tailored to customer context
• Author RFX responses and defend solutions to customers and internal teams
• Manage TCV targets and actively build opportunity pipelines
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (hybrid cloud, BPS, CRO, CSP) and technology COEs to craft composite solutions
• Create solution collateral and coordinate with delivery to produce success stories
• Build trusted customer relationships and participate in delivery governance and ServiceNow events
• Coordinate with ServiceNow partners and field sales to pursue joint opportunities
• Engage in short-term consulting/advisory work for strategic customers
• Promote ServiceNow offerings for BFSI within customer and industry ecosystems Tasks
• 10+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in ServiceNow
• 2+ years in presales and solutions
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform and multiple product areas (non-IT and ITxM)
• Experience with deployment models (MSP/Direct, Centralized/Federated)
• ServiceNow Certification and Accreditation
• Knowledge of AI/Gen AI architectures and applicable use cases
• Consulting/advisory experience in ServiceNow space
• Experience with competitors (BMC, Pega, Archer, Salesforce, Workday) and SaaS models
• Ability to work as Individual Contributor and as a leader in a matrix, travel ready
• Banking/FSI background preferred but not required Key requirements
• salary range $150k - $235k
• bonus 8%
