Sales Consultant

What You'll Do:

Build trusting relationships with customers while providing outstanding service Greet and assist every customer entering the showroom Guide customers through our sales floor and demonstrate product features and benefits Use strong sales skills and product knowledge to close sales opportunities Enter sales orders accurately into our CRM system Communicate with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met Answer phones and provide product, retail, and sales information Negotiate contracts and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing Collaborate with teammates to improve processes and maximize business opportunities Create a welcoming, positive, and professional customer experience What We're Looking For Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment Positive, flexible, and highly motivated attitude Strong organizational and time-management skills Passion for customer service and the WindowRama brand Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes Leadership mindset with the ability to motivate and support team members Qualifications 2-3 years of retail sales, customer service, or industry experience preferred Previous sales experience required Product knowledge in windows and doors is a plus, but not required Experience with installation/service methods for window and door projects preferred Comfortable working flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends Experience with AS400 is a plus Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales goals Strong written, verbal, and organizational skills Why WindowRama?
