As a newly licensed cultivation company with a state-of-the-art facility in North Plainfield, we are looking for driven individuals who want more than just a job — we want people who are excited to help build a brand from the ground up. We are searching for a motivated Cannabis Sales Representative who thrives on relationships, understands hustle, and wants to grow alongside a company that is rapidly expanding across the New Jersey market. Position Overview The Cannabis Sales Representative will help develop and maintain relationships with licensed dispensary partners throughout New Jersey. This individual will serve as a key connection between our cultivation facility and retail partners by supporting wholesale sales efforts, coordinating product availability updates, and helping expand overall brand presence within the state market. This role is ideal for someone who is self-motivated, professional, organized, and excited to grow with an emerging cannabis company. Responsibilities Build and maintain professional relationships with licensed dispensaries throughout New Jersey Conduct outreach to prospective retail partners and identify new wholesale opportunities Educate dispensary staff and buyers on available products, genetics, and brand offerings Coordinate product availability updates and communication with dispensary partners Assist with dispensary pop-ups, vendor days, and industry networking events Work closely with cultivation and post-harvest teams regarding inventory availability and release timelines Maintain accurate records of account activity, customer feedback, and sales communications Represent the company professionally at all times while promoting the company's brands and products Support long-term sales growth and brand development initiatives Qualifications Strong communication and relationship-building skills Highly motivated with the ability to work independently Professional demeanor and strong organizational skills Passion for cannabis and the New Jersey cannabis industry Previous sales experience preferred (cannabis industry experience is a plus but not required) Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout New Jersey Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred Comfortable working within a fast-paced startup environment Must be able to obtain and maintain a New Jersey CRC Cannabis Business ID What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who wants to grow with the company long term and become an important part of building our brands throughout New Jersey.
