Interior Designer/Furniture Sales Consultant

(Full-Time) Fazzio Interiors Inc. is looking for a motivated Interior Designer/Furniture Sales Consultant to join our team. Candidates MUST have experience working with customers and closing sales. Candidates should have knowledge with a vast line of furniture and home décor manufactures. Must have good organization skills and must be able to handle customer service issues. Looking for designers that can advise clients that are looking to furnish an entire home or select individual pieces to finish off their space. This sales position which requires candidate to work on the sales floor at any of our 3 locations. The main location would be at our Design Center in Ocean City, NJ Job will also require candidates to travel to client's homes for house call consultation and overseeing the design process. You will be responsible for traveling to pick up supplies and merchandise, if needed. Designers are required to follow up on purchases, orders and deliveries. Problem solving and communication with the customers are essential in maintaining a good relationship with Fazzio Interiors' clients. • Must have at 3-4 years of furniture store sales experience or design experience.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Create invoices and sales orders using POS system and order forms.
• Ability to be organized and efficient while working with multiple customers.
• You will be responsible for tagging products and in putting inventory as needed.
• You will be responsible for closing sales and managing client follow-up throughout the entire sales process, from initial contact to final completion.
• This is an in person job.
