Position Overview:

We are seeking a passionate, fashion-forward, and results-driven Bridal Consultant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, thrives in a fast-paced sales environment, and is motivated by achieving goals. As a Bridal Consultant, you will guide brides through one of the most meaningful purchases of their lives while delivering an exceptional customer experience and driving sales success.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct personalized bridal appointments and deliver an elevated customer experience Build rapport quickly and confidently guide brides toward purchasing decisions Meet and exceed individual sales goals and contribute to overall store performance Recommend gowns, accessories, veils, and customization options to maximize sales opportunities Follow up with leads, maintain client relationships, and convert inquiries into appointments and sales Maintain strong product knowledge of designers, fabrics, fits, and bridal trends Assist with merchandising, gown presentation, and overall boutique appearance Collaborate with the team to create a positive, goal-oriented environment

Qualifications:

Previous experience in sales, luxury retail, bridal, or customer service preferred Strong closing skills and confidence working in a commission-driven environment Passion for fashion, styling, and customer experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Highly organized with the ability to multitask effectively Professional, polished, and dependable Saturday availability required

Compensation:

Hourly pay starting at $17 plus commission Uncapped commission opportunities High earning potential for sales-driven candidates Performance-based growth opportunities within the boutique

Schedule:

Full-Time and Part-Time positions available Weekend availability required
