Job Description

Job Summary The Inside Sales Representative is an entry-to-mid-level role on the PHG Marketing team focused primarily on proactive opportunity creation. This individual is responsible for identifying and pursuing new prospects through outbound calling, targeted email outreach, and follow-up on marketing activity — then qualifying and handing off those opportunities to senior business development and clinical team members who will advance the relationship. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is comfortable working a phone and an inbox, driven by activity metrics, and takes pride in building a clean, well-documented pipeline. Responsibilities Execute daily outbound call campaigns targeting prospective patients, employer groups, community organizations, and other identified audiences Send personalized outreach emails using approved templates and sequences; track engagement and follow up consistently Research and identify new prospect targets based on campaign priorities and audience segments defined by the marketing team Re-engage lapsed contacts and cold leads from past events, campaigns, and marketing activity Qualify prospects based on defined criteria and gather relevant background information before handoff Package and hand off warm, well-documented opportunities to the appropriate senior business development representative, field marketer, or clinical coordinator Log all call and email activity accurately, maintaining clean and current contact and opportunity records Track daily and weekly activity metrics (calls made, emails sent, opportunities created, handoffs completed). Flag patterns, objections, and prospect feedback that can inform campaign targeting and messaging Adhere to HIPAA guidelines and all applicable compliance standards in all communications The company reserves the right to add or change duties at any time. Job Qualifications 1+ years of experience in inside sales, call center, patient outreach, or customer-facing role Strong verbal communication skills with a professional and approachable phone presence Ability to write clear, concise, and persuasive outreach emails Comfortable working with CRM software; HubSpot experience a strong plus Highly organized with the ability to manage a high volume of contacts and follow-up tasks Collaborative mindset — comfortable handing off and working within a team structure Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus given our patient population Qualification/Skills 1+ years of experience in inside sales, call center, patient outreach, or customer-facing role Strong verbal communication skills with a professional and approachable phone presence Ability to write clear, concise, and persuasive outreach emails Comfortable working with CRM software; HubSpot experience a strong plus Highly organized with the ability to manage a high volume of contacts and follow-up tasks Collaborative mindset — comfortable handing off and working within a team structure Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus given our patient population
Pay:
$20.00 - $23.00 per hour
