Outside Sales Representative New York Eye - 2.9 Paramus, NJ Job Details Full-time From $66,000 a year 1 day ago Benefits Profit sharing Health insurance 401(k) Paid time off Qualifications Management Territory sales Sales Outside sales Territory management B2B Prospecting Outbound calling Customer acquisition Full Job Description New York Eye, a leader in quality eyewear is looking for a self-motivated, pro-active outside sales professional to service optometrists, ophthalmologists and opticians in New Jersey. This is a field-based position with possible overnight travel in an established territory with tremendous opportunity for growth.
Responsibilities:
Requires extensive experience in cold calling and new account acquisition Develop and implement sales strategies for the assigned territory to meet or exceed sales targets Identify potential customers within the territory and develop relationships with them to offer relevant products to fit their needs Daily face to face appointments servicing existing customers in their office Monday through Friday Increase territory revenues through the development of existing accounts Present new and current eyewear lines at all appointments Effectively manage board space, monitor brand positioning and support sell-through of products Develop weekly/monthly call cycle plans Ability to analyze sales data and reports to identify business opportunities Ability to actively close sales Submit weekly recap reports to management Successfully complete comprehensive territory training Ideal candidates must possess the following: Must currently reside in the territory Strong, verifiable outside sales, minimum 2 years preferred Motivated self-starter who takes initiative with minimal supervision Proven territory management and call cycle skills Demonstrated track record in developing business to business relationships You must own a reliable car Ability to lift sample bags up to 45 pounds New York Eye offers the following: Competitive compensation package including salary, uncapped commissions and additional incentives Monthly hotel/auto allowances Medical insurance Profit sharing/401k benefits program Please visit our website at www.newyorkeye.net Submit resume to
