Competitive Pay & Benefits! Job Description What you will be doing: Drive new business development efforts and expand the firm's client base. Leverage existing relationships to generate revenue and build long-term advisory partnerships. Develop and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals, families, and institutional clients. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored financial solutions. Identify and pursue strategic growth opportunities across target markets. Maintain compliance with all regulatory and firm policies.
Experience you will need:
Experience in wirehouse environments, especially producing managers with established client followings. Experience in leading independent wealth management and broker-dealer firms. Experience with custodial platforms and advisor networks. Strong portable book of business or demonstrated ability to generate significant revenue. Proven success in business development within financial services or wealth management. Existing client relationships or transferable book of business preferred. Strong understanding of investment products, advisory services, and financial planning. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills. FINRA licenses (Series 7, 63/66 or equivalent) preferred, depending on structure. Our client asked me to submit 3 great people within the next few days.
