As a Verizon Sales Representative, you will work directly with customers to discuss Verizon wireless and fiber optic services, explain products and promotions, answer questions, and assist with new customer enrollments. This role combines face-to-face customer interaction, sales support, and relationship-building in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities of the
Verizon Sales Representative:
Meet with customers to discuss Verizon wireless and fiber optic services Educate customers on available plans, products, and promotions Recommend personalized solutions based on customer needs Complete enrollments, activations, and account support Build positive customer relationships through professional communication Track customer interactions and sales activity accurately Participate in ongoing sales training and leadership development sessions
Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable working directly with customers face-to-face Positive attitude and willingness to learn Goal-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic Ability to work independently and within a team environment Previous customer service, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus but not required
