Jan Fence, LLC is seeking a Commission Salesperson/Project Manager. We are a leader in the residential and commercial fence Industry with a trusted name since 1955. We provide superior products and a high level of professionalism and customer focus to the industry. If you are motivated, outgoing, and have a can-do attitude, we want to speak with you! We provide all the training and support for you to achieve your goals. We work from both sales rep generated and marketing generated leads. What you can expect in this role: The ideal candidate will excel in customer engagement, sales strategy development, and cross- functional collaboration to drive sales growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Customer Engagement & Relationship Building:
Actively engage with potential customers to identify their needs, preferences, and challenges. Foster and maintain strong relationships through effective communication and trust-building. Product/Service Expertise. Develop comprehensive knowledge of company offerings. Effectively articulate product features, benefits, and unique selling points to address customer needs.
Sales Presentations & Demonstrations:
Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations to highlight value propositions.
Negotiation & Closing:
Skillfully negotiate terms, prices, and agreements to close deals. Address objections and concerns to guide customers toward favorable outcomes.
Customer Service & After-Sales Support:
Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the sales journey. Resolve inquiries, issues, or complaints promptly to drive satisfaction and loyalty.
