Job Description

Part-Time Event Sales & Banquet Support Coordinator Position Overview:
We're hiring a part-time Event Sales & Banquet Support Coordinator to support our events team with client communication, scheduling, venue tours, and administrative coordination. This is a great opportunity for a polished, organized hospitality professional with room to grow into a full-time Event Coordinator role.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Banquet Manager and Wedding Specialist with daily event coordination
  • Respond to client inquiries, schedule appointments, and confirm event details
  • Conduct venue tours and present banquet packages, wedding offerings, and menus
  • Assist with reservations, ticket sales, promotions, and sales materials
  • Keep client files and department records organized and up to date
Qualifications:
  • Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
  • Professional, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in hospitality, events, or administrative support preferred
  • Comfort presenting event spaces, menus, and services to guests and clients
Schedule:
Part-time with flexible hours based on business needs, including some evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Growth Opportunity:
Strong performers may have the opportunity to grow into a full-time Event Coordinator role.
Pay:
From $22.00 per hour
