Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand partnerships across Professional, Skilled Industrial, Pharmaceutical/Healthcare, Legal, IT, and Financial sectors. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and networking. Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering tailored staffing solutions. Collaborate with internal recruiting teams to ensure exceptional service delivery. Represent J & J Staffing at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings. Present our services to decision-makers and hiring managers, addressing staffing challenges and driving long-term success. Stay informed on industry trends and labor market shifts to uncover new opportunities. Requirements:
1-3 years of B2B sales experience (staffing/recruiting industry preferred). Proven success selling into one or more target industries. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Proficiency with video conferencing and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable with daily prospecting and cold calls. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
