Description The Retail Sales Lead will assist the General Manager in ensuring the seamless execution of all daily operational procedures. This role emphasizes promoting an image of excellence through a strong work ethic, leading by example, and consistently delivering exceptional customer service and store presentation. The Retail Sales Lead will optimize sales by developing and supervising the sales staff and ensuring all transactions comply with applicable laws and regulations. Responsibilities Strictly adhere to company SOP's and compliance rules set forth by the NJ CRC. Hold employees accountable for their responsibilities and duties. Identify and explore opportunities for business growth. Oversee the opening and closing of the storefront. Supervise, manage, and direct the activities of the sales team. Inspire and motivate staff to deliver the highest levels of customer service and satisfaction. Ensure compliance with all local, state/provincial, and federal laws and regulations. Assist with customer service to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain an in-depth knowledge of all strains and products in store inventory, as well as industry-wide product trends and knowledge. Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail sales, cashiering, and inventory management. Proven track record of strong attendance and reliability. Extensive knowledge of cannabis products and a passion for the industry. Exceptional customer service and communication skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Minimum 21 years of age. Must possess a valid driver's license or state ID. Must pass all required background checks.
