Automotive BDC Sales Representative

Full job description Dover Dodge is r apidly growing automotive retailers and finance company that is looking to hire a Business Development Representatives to join our Business Development Center (BDC). Bi-lingual Spanish preferred.

BDC Representative Qualifications:

1-2 years of experience; experience in an automotive setting preferred Confident, pleasant and professional phone voice Possess time management skills and be able to work independently High school diploma or GED equivalent

Bi-lingual BDC Representative Preferred Skills and Experience:

Prior customer relations or BDC experience preferred, but not required. We are willing to train and develop the right individual. Excellent customer relationship skills Self-starter, motivated and success driven Confident, positive and high energy presence Strong communication skills Team-oriented with a desire to achieve both individual and collective goals We are an equal opportunity employer and a drug free workplace.
