Comer & Cross Concrete Coatings is hiring 2-3 high-performing Outside Sales Representatives for our Central & South Jersey territory. We are currently filling final spots for our May 4th training class . This is not a high-volume hiring role — we are specifically looking for experienced closers who want to earn at a high level.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

2+ years of in-home or high-ticket commission sales

REQUIRED

Experience in roofing, solar, home improvement, windows, or similar Proven ability to close deals (not just generate leads) Competitive, self-motivated mindset Comfortable working evenings and some weekends Valid driver's license

Central & South Jersey Territory (Trenton, Hamilton, Sicklerville, Toms River, surrounding areas)
