We are looking for an outgoing, warm, and highly organized Wedding Sales Coordinator to join our team. Our venue is already one of the most sought-after in New Jersey, and we're currently expanding with a top-of-the-line indoor ceremony space, beauty salon, and game room —creating an even more elevated, luxury experience. Key Responsibilities Build strong, genuine relationships with couples and guide them through every step of the planning and booking process. Deliver exceptional service and consistently go the extra mile to exceed expectations. Confidently sell the venue by showcasing our one-of-a-kind, personalized wedding experience and our exciting new amenities. Maintain a professional, welcoming, and organized office environment for all clients and guests. Collaborate with our team to ensure all details are communicated and executed smoothly. Proactively follow up with leads and create a seamless, enjoyable sales experience.

Strong networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Exceptional organizational and time management abilities. Proficient in Google Suite and general office software. A genuine passion for weddings and creating unforgettable experiences.
