This position is responsible for developing new clients as well as maintaining existing clients. A bachelor's degree, over 3 years of sales in a related field, Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to speak conversational Japanese is required. This is a full-time position, in person, exempt position with excellent benefits, and 401k. ( M-F 9:00-5:30)

Bilingual English/Japanese Sales Representative Duties:

• Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, etc
• Visiting prospective customers and conducting sales promotions
• Preparing quotations and negotiating prices with customers
• Demonstrating machines in the showroom or at customer sites (may involve carrying heavy machines)
• Delivering machines and providing operation training upon delivery
• Providing after-sales support to customers
• Attending internal sales meetings
• Preparing sales activity reports for the manager
• Supporting technical team and other departments as needed

Bilingual English/Japanese Sales Representative Skills:

• Must have a bachelors degree
• Must speak conversational Japanese
• Must have over 3 years sales experience in related industries
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Words, PowerPoint)
