We are currently seeking Fence Sales Consultants to join our team in the Northern and Central New Jersey market.

Primary Responsibilities:

Learn and adopt Superior Fence & Rail's structured selling process (training provided) Develop expertise in product knowledge Present and sell the features and benefits of Superior Fence & Rail products Increase your business by continually growing your network through referrals and effective follow up Perform basic record keeping and data entry to ensure proper tracking of sales and client needs/inquiries Set and maintain the required number of appointments to meet/exceed sales goals This is NOT cold calling, customers are calling us because they want a fence.

Compensation:

Uncapped Commission structure Performance based bonus opportunities. $100K plus is attainable in the first year.
