Fashion Advisor - Madison Avenue, New York Yigal Azrouël is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Sales Associate to join our new flagship store on Madison Avenue. We are looking for someone who understands luxury retail, with a strong preference for candidates who have experience working on Madison Avenue or within a similar high-end environment in New York.Responsibilities:
- Client experience: Deliver an exceptional, personalized client experience by understanding and fulfilling clients' preferences.
Clienteling:
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring personalized follow-upSales Achievement:
Drive sales and achieve individual and store goals through affective relationship buildingMerchandising:
Maintain visual standards and ensure the store is always presented at the highest levelCollaboration:
Support day-to-day store operations while working collaboratively with teamRequirements:
- Prior experience in luxury retail (Madison Avenue experience strongly preferred)
- Strong strategic sales skills and personal relationship-building
- Professional, polished, and detail-oriented
- Forward thinking individuals who can leverage their creativity and skill to drive the continued success of the brand
- Independent, self-motivated, proactive, and team-oriented The appointed candidate will be offered an hourly rate within the range of USD $22 - $30 plus the opportunity for commission.
