What You'll Do Meet with homeowners to evaluate heating and cooling needs Design and present customized HVAC replacement and upgrade solutions Educate customers on system options, energy efficiency, indoor comfort, and long-term value Prepare professional estimates, proposals, and sales agreements Manage leads, appointments, and documentation using ServiceTitan Clearly explain PSEG rebates, incentives, and financing options Partner with installation and operations teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience What We're Looking For Proven success in residential HVAC sales Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to close Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills Comfortable using technology, tablets, and CRM platforms ServiceTitan experience preferred Knowledge of PSEG rebates and financing programs is a strong plus Valid driver's license and clean driving record Why Join Fante's Home Services?
