• At Freedom Ford in Iselin, NJ, we're focused on creating a modern, customer-first buying experience built around strong inventory, digital convenience, and responsive customer service. As a high-volume Ford dealership serving the greater New Jersey area, we combine showroom traffic with a steady flow of online leads, making digital communication and internet sales a major part of the role. We're hiring Automotive Sales & Internet Sales Consultants for a hybrid role that blends showroom sales with digital lead management. No automotive experience required — we provide training. If you're outgoing, motivated, and comfortable communicating with customers both online and in person, this is a strong opportunity to build a career with real earning potential. This role combines internet sales responsibilities with in-person customer interaction at the dealership. You'll manage inbound digital inquiries, communicate with customers through text/email/phone, and greet customers in person as they arrive for appointments and showroom visits. What you'll do: Respond to inbound internet leads, website inquiries, and phone calls Communicate with customers through text, email, and phone Greet customers in person at the dealership and assist with showroom visits Conduct test drives and present vehicle features and technology Schedule appointments and follow up consistently with active leads Support pricing, financing, and vehicle delivery process Maintain CRM activity and organized customer follow-up What we're looking for: Strong communication and people skills Comfortable working with technology, texting, email, and CRM systems Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Customer service or sales experience is a plus, not required What you get: $100,000+ earning potential (base + uncapped commission) Paid training and ongoing mentorship Medical, dental, and 401(k) benefits Advancement opportunities within the dealership High lead volume and strong digital traffic At Freedom Ford, we're building a team that understands modern automotive sales is about responsiveness, customer experience, and building relationships both online and in person.
