  • The Sales Role

  • As a full-time Sales Representative, you'll be set up for success beyond your initial role. We provide comprehensive training on our products and interactive sales techniques that will enhance your communication skills, negotiation tactics, strategic planning, and problem-solving abilities. This role offers the foundational education and experience essential for future career growth.
  • The Responsibilities
  • Deliver interactive sales presentations on our eco-friendly, green products and services to customers.
  • Engage in ongoing sales training and coaching sessions on a weekly basis.
  • Participate in team building and mentorship activities.
  • The Qualifications
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to speak publicly with confidence and poise.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and career-focused.
  • Open-minded and passionate about learning a wide range of skills applicable to various career paths.
  • Naturally outgoing with a strong affinity for human interaction.
  • BA/BS preferred.
  • The Compensation
  • $4,000 Sign-On Bonus
  • Base salary plus uncapped commission and bonuses.
  • Average earning potential: $72,000
  • $175,000.
