$17-$19 per hour (based on experience) Company Summary Collision Auto Parts, comprised of three entities that operate distribution facilities across California and New Mexico, is a leading value-added distributor of certified and non-certified aftermarket collision repair parts. COL's product categories include bumper covers, grilles, fender liners, hoods, tail lamps, head lamps, and other related components. With a robust delivery fleet and strong supplier relationships, Collision Auto Parts serves national and regional MSOs, local collision repair providers, and independent shops. Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team in Albuquerque. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for customers placing orders by phone, providing product information, checking availability, and ensuring orders are processed accurately and efficiently. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound calls from customers placing orders for automotive parts and accessories Provide product guidance, availability, pricing, and compatibility details based on vehicle make, model, and year Enter and process sales orders in the company's order management or ERP system accurately and efficiently Verify part numbers and stock levels using internal databases or supplier catalogs Suggest alternative or replacement parts when appropriate to meet customer needs Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to confirm delivery timelines and resolve fulfillment issues Respond promptly to customer inquiries about order status, returns, or warranty information Document customer interactions in CRM or ticketing systems to ensure accurate recordkeeping Meet or exceed key performance metrics (order accuracy, call handling time, and customer satisfaction) Perform other duties as assigned by the Sales Manager or Supervisor Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required 1-3 years of customer service or inside sales experience (auto parts experience strongly preferred) Working knowledge of automotive parts and terminology highly desirable Excellent verbal communication, problem-solving, and active listening skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and order entry or CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, NetSuite) Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. occasionally Ability to read and understand English for order and invoice purposes Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn new systems and procedures Why Join Us Stable, growing company with long-term opportunities for advancement Supportive and team-oriented environment Commitment to safety, quality, and customer excellence Collision Auto Parts is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
