Job Description

Position Summary This position is part of a structured training and workforce development initiative under the New Mexico Job Training Incentive Program (JTIP). During the initial training period, the employee may participate in cross-functional operational training related to production, deli-style on-site packaging, compliance, inventory, manufacturing support, and operational workflows as assigned. The Sales Representative supports cannabis sales operations, customer engagement, product education, business development, and operational support activities for Urban Wellness. This role is responsible for building customer relationships, supporting sales initiatives, maintaining product knowledge, and assisting with operational workflows in accordance with company SOPs and New Mexico cannabis regulations. The Sales Representative serves as a key point of contact for customers, clients, and operational partners while supporting workflow efficiency, inventory awareness, customer retention, and company sales goals. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Build and maintain professional customer and client relationships Educate customers and clients on products, services, and company offerings Support sales initiatives, promotions, and business development activities Assist with customer service, issue resolution, and customer retention efforts Maintain product knowledge and operational awareness Support inventory awareness and operational workflows Follow company SOPs, compliance requirements, and customer service standards Complete operational documentation and reporting procedures as assigned Communicate professionally with leadership, customers, and operational teams Support cross-functional operational activities as needed Qualifications High School Diploma or GED preferred Previous sales, customer service, or operational experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in fast-paced operational environments Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to maintain professionalism and customer service standards Cannabis industry experience preferred but not required
Compensation & Benefits Pay Range:
