Responsibilities Prospect and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and targeted outreach to expand our customer base. Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations to showcase features and benefits tailored to client needs. Manage a designated territory by developing strategic plans to maximize sales opportunities and increase market share. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective account management, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and upselling opportunities. Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track interactions, manage pipelines, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement. Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to close deals that benefit both parties while adhering to company policies. Collaborate with marketing teams on campaigns and lead generation initiatives to boost brand awareness and attract new prospects. Qualifications Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technical sales within a fast-paced environment. Strong management skills with the ability to handle territory management and account oversight effectively. Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills to foster long-term client relationships. Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for sales tracking and analysis. Ability to conduct product demos, present compelling proposals, and upsell solutions confidently. Demonstrated success in lead generation through cold calling, direct sales, or inside sales channels.
