  • Full-time Outside Sales About us Aztec Machine & Repair, Inc.
is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and experienced Outside Sales Associate to join our team. This position is responsible for calling on assigned customer accounts, developing strong customer relationships, and generating new business opportunities through cold calling and lead development when needed. Aztec Machine provides machine shop services, heavy equipment repair, hydraulic repair, welding, compressor sales, truck up-fitting, and a full industrial retail store offering rigging, hose and fittings, safety supplies, oil and gas supplies, and other industrial products. Our customer base includes mines, power plants, oil and gas companies, municipalities, and contractors. Responsibilities Manage and grow assigned customer accounts Develop new business through outside sales and cold calling Build and maintain strong customer relationships Work closely with team members to help close sales opportunities Maintain organized customer records and sales activity Provide excellent customer service and support Qualifications Previous outside sales experience required Strong communication and organizational skills Detail-oriented and self-motivated Ability to work well with others in a team environment Willingness to do whatever it takes to support customers and the team Industrial, mining, oil & gas, or heavy equipment experience preferred Valid driver's license required
