Sales Representative

Duties Cold calling, whether through driving around and knocking on business doors or doing some research and calling on local opportunites Support key alliances and following up on leads and referrals Engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner to understand their needs and recommend how WiseOne LLC can support them and be a better leading option for them Conduct route driving efficiently, managing schedules to maximize customer coverage and service quality Upsell additional products or services that align with customer needs, enhancing their experience and increasing sales revenue Perform semi-heavy lifting as needed when handling merchandise or supplies, maintaining proper safety procedures at all times Maintain accurate CRM records. Manage contacts made, follow-ups, status updates, and everything else related to properly tracking a sales prospect>to close sales cycle Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive shopping experience Skills 2-10 years sales experience Preferred experience selling into Oil & Gas, Construction, Field and Site Services, Plants / Industrial Sites, Event Management Expected to have existing relationships in Carlsbad and surrounding areas with decision makers in the above listed industries Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members Knowledge of pricing strategies to offer competitive quotes and maximize profit margins Ability to upsell products confidently while maintaining customer trust and satisfaction Excellent organizational skills to manage end to end tracking of a sales cycle Customer service expertise with a focus on building lasting relationships and ensuring client loyalty Experience with filling out and managing vendor packets to qualify our company in order to do business with larger companies Physical capability for heavy lifting and performing merchandising tasks as required (very minimal) Benefits This will be part-time contract to hire position based on mutual agreement Base + commission (uncapped) as a contractor to start. Commission structure is variable based on volume, length of contract, etc. Reimburse for mileage and cell phone (preferred to use company phone but open to discussion) Flexible schedule based on individual's performance Company Overview WiseOne LLC dba CnC Transfers business focuses on providing first class services for porta potty rentals, porta potty cleanings, and transportation needs We are a newer company with a great foundation and brand.
