What You'll Be Doing:
✅ Consultative Selling & On-the-Fly Problem Solving No two estimates are the same. You'll need to read between the lines, ask the right questions, and build trust with customers to understand their true needs. You'll guide clients toward the best possible solution —not just the cheapest one—while demonstrating the value of our expertise and quality . You'll need to be comfortable handling objections, thinking on your feet, and adjusting your approach in real-time . ✅ Attention to Detail & Customization Every project requires a tailored approach, so you must be meticulous in building estimates that match customer expectations. You'll often create digital renderings of designs , which means doing research ahead of time to pull resources together and anticipate customer preferences . ✅ Impact-Driven Sales This is not just about closing deals—it's about helping push our business to the next level .
