Position Summary:
M&R Service is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Advisor to join our growing team. We are looking for someone who enjoys helping homeowners, building relationships, and providing real solutions while creating an exceptional customer experience. This position is ideal for someone who can confidently educate customers on repair and replacement options while helping them make informed decisions for their home and family. Responsibilities Meet with homeowners to assess plumbing needs Provide estimates for plumbing repairs, replacements, and upgrades Educate customers on available options and solutions Build trust and maintain strong customer relationships Follow up on leads and maintain communication throughout the process Coordinate with plumbing technicians and installation teams Maintain accurate notes and documentation Represent the company professionally at all times
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Sales-driven attitude with a customer-centric approach.
