Full-Time, Hourly & commission Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to manage sales efforts, customer outreach, and account relationships within the state of New Mexico. This role is based in the Las Cruces area and requires familiarity with the New Mexico cannabis market. The ideal candidate is highly organized, self-motivated, and thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment. This position involves regular travel to customer locations (using personal transportation) and supporting order delivery in coordination with our statewide distribution strategy. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and expand customer base Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships across multiple communication channels Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, orders, and support requests Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer-hosted functions Analyze sales data, trends, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement Monitor market conditions, competitors, and supply/demand trends to inform sales strategies Support order fulfillment and delivery efforts as needed Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless operations Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications & Requirements Must be at least 21 years of age. Experience in the New Mexico cannabis market. High school Diploma Valid, unrestricted driver's license and reliable personal transportation Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Adaptability to a flexible, changing work schedule Ability to work in a fast-paced and occasionally high-pressure environment Physical Requirements Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods Capability to lift and carry at least 25 lbs repeatedly Perform repetitive motions as needed Work Schedule & Expectations Minimum of 40 hours per week (typical workload: 50-60 hours) Availability for weekend work as needed Participation in weekly sales meetings with team and management Compensation This position is compensated on an hourly basis, with additional commission opportunities based on sales performance.
