Hourly pay and commission Duties Actively pursue new business opportunities through outside sales efforts, including cold calling and lead generation Manage assigned territories by developing strategic plans to maximize sales growth and customer engagement Conduct product demos and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting features and benefits tailored to their needs Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through effective account management and customer service Identify upselling opportunities to increase revenue within current accounts and promote additional products or services Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement Negotiate contracts and close deals efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty Skills Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or territory management with a focus on technology or industrial products Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities to influence decision-makers Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce or other CRM tools for lead tracking and analysis Ability to conduct compelling product demos and technical sales presentations Skilled in business development strategies including cold calling, inside sales, and direct sales approaches Exceptional customer service skills to foster trust and retention among clients Analytical mindset capable of assessing market trends, competitor activity, and territory potential Experience in retail sales or marketing is a plus, along with a background in management or sales management roles Join us as a Sales Representative and become part of a vibrant team dedicated to growth, innovation, and success!
