What You'll Do:

Recruit, train, and manage a high-performance sales team. Provide real-time coaching and support to help reps close more deals. Conduct daily meetings and weekly one-on-ones to keep the team sharp and aligned. Jump in and run appointments to lead from the front. Drive team revenue with a clear path to market ownership and equity. Consistent managers average $250K-$400K+/year .

What We Need:

2+ years of door-to-door sales experience. 1+ years of proven sales management, leadership, or recruiting experience. A deep understanding of the in-home sales process. Strong coaching and mentorship abilities. A burning desire to build something significant and a commitment to winning. We're looking for someone who doesn't just manage but leads.
