• We are seeking a professional, motivated, and customer-focused individual to join our Business Development Center (BDC) at a high-end automotive dealership in Henderson, NV.

This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, excellent phone etiquette, and experience in customer service and sales. Requirements Must-Haves Must be available to work at least 3 Saturdays per month Must be flexible with scheduling (schedule provided on-site) Must have reliable transportation Must submit to a background check Must pass a drug test - must be drug-free of any type Ability to work in person at our Henderson, NV 89011 location Job Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service at all times Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner Schedule service appointments for customers Follow provided scripts to complete customer survey follow-ups Up-sell recommended service add-ons Act as a liaison between the BDC, Service Department, and Parts Department Accurately enter customer information and handle scanning/faxing tasks Use computer systems and dealership software efficiently Preferred Skills & Experience Call Center experience: 2 years (Required) Sales experience: 1 year (Required) Auto Dealership experience: 1 year (Preferred) Strong customer service and phone communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Computer literate with ability to learn new systems quickly Job Type Full-time | Temp-to-Perm Opportunity Application Questions Are you available and willing to work on Saturdays? #veg1
