Job Description

API Customer Acquisitions. is a sales and business consulting firm seeking an Entry Level Management to expand our Quantum Fiber Internet presence in Las Vegas. This role blends sales execution with strategic sales leadership, making it ideal for candidates transitioning into management. The Entry Level Management will lead sales initiatives, support team-wide sales development, and deliver impactful Quantum Fiber Internet solutions to customers. As an Entry Level Management, you'll participate in leadership training that emphasizes market analysis, team development, and results-driven sales. The Entry Level Management will then master the art of explaining how internet speeds make a difference for video calls, cloud backups, and content creation. The Entry Level Management's sales leadership will fuel sales growth while you achieve sales milestones and coach your sales team to success. Responsibilities of the Entry Level Management Strategically assign territories to maximize Quantum Fiber's adoption, ensuring every customer receives a professional sales consultation. Conduct hands‑on training sessions that equip sales team members to confidently highlight Quantum Fiber's superior streaming, gaming, and work‑from‑home benefits. Maintain accurate records of account activity and customer feedback, giving executives actionable insights into Quantum Fiber's market penetration. Deliver clear, persuasive presentations of Quantum Fiber's packages, helping homeowners understand the tangible value of upgrading their internet. Support customers during service transitions, answering questions and easing installation concerns to create a seamless onboarding experience. Build lasting relationships by checking in post‑installation to confirm satisfaction and reinforce Quantum Fiber's reliability. Qualifications of the Entry Level Management Experience in sales or team leadership is a plus. Problem‑solver for customer questions and installation concerns. Professional demeanor that builds trust and credibility. Willingness to learn and refine sales strategies
