Responsibilities Engage with prospective clients through outside sales efforts, including community outreach, telemarketing, and retail interactions to promote Medicare plans Provide clear, detailed explanations of plan benefits, coverage options, and enrollment procedures, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and industry standards Conduct thorough needs analysis to recommend suitable insurance solutions that align with clients' health requirements and financial situations Negotiate plan details with clients to secure the best possible coverage options while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels Manage sales administration tasks such as maintaining accurate records of client interactions, follow-ups, and enrollment documentation Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that attract new clients and retain existing ones through effective communication campaigns Offer exceptional customer service by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and providing ongoing support throughout the enrollment process Skills Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or insurance sales with a focus on health or benefits products Strong negotiation skills to effectively close sales while ensuring client needs are prioritized Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly desirable for diverse client engagement Proficiency in sales administration tools and analysis skills to track performance metrics and improve outreach strategies Knowledge of HIPAA regulations related to patient privacy and benefits administration processes Ability to conduct marketing activities such as telemarketing campaigns or community presentations confidently Customer service orientation with a passion for helping others understand complex insurance concepts This role is perfect for motivated individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and want to make a difference by guiding clients through their healthcare journey.
