About Us Pinpoint Recruitment is a rapidly growing staffing and workforce solutions company specializing in warehouse, manufacturing, distribution, logistics, and industrial staffing. We are seeking a motivated, energetic, and highly driven Outside Sales Representative to generate new business through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and in-person visits. If you enjoy hunting for new business, building relationships, and earning uncapped commissions, we want to speak with you. Who We're Looking For We are seeking an energetic, ambitious sales professional who is comfortable walking into businesses, introducing themselves to decision-makers, and creating opportunities from scratch. The ideal candidate has previously sold products or services directly to warehouses, manufacturing facilities, distribution centers, logistics companies, or call centers and understands how these environments operate. Staffing industry experience is not required. We will train the right salesperson on our industry. We are looking for someone who already knows how to prospect, build relationships, and close business. Position Summary This is a true outside sales role. You will spend the majority of your time in the field identifying prospective clients, visiting businesses, meeting decision-makers, and presenting staffing solutions. We will train you on the staffing industry. We are looking for someone who already understands how to sell. Responsibilities Generate new business opportunities through cold calling and door-to-door prospecting Visit warehouses, manufacturing facilities, distribution centers, and corporate offices Schedule meetings with hiring managers, operations managers, plant managers, HR managers, and business owners Present staffing and workforce solutions Develop and maintain a sales pipeline Track activity and opportunities within our CRM Attend networking and industry events Negotiate service agreements Work closely with recruiting teams to ensure successful client onboarding Consistently achieve monthly sales targets Qualifications Minimum 2 years of successful outside B2B sales experience Proven track record of selling products or services to: Warehouses Manufacturing facilities Distribution centers Logistics operations Call centers Industrial and light industrial businesses Demonstrated ability to prospect, cold call, and generate new business opportunities Experience meeting directly with Operations Managers, Plant Managers, Warehouse Managers, HR Managers, and business owners Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and a desire to exceed sales goals Valid driver's license and reliable transportation CRM experience and strong organizational skills Experience selling workforce solutions, logistics services, payroll services, industrial products, safety products, uniforms, equipment rentals, transportation services, or other business services to industrial clients Existing relationships within the warehouse, manufacturing, distribution, logistics, or call center sectors Experience developing and managing a sales territory
Pay:
$50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
