We supply high-demand products to smoke shops, vape stores, and retail chains across the U.S. We're looking for aggressive, high-energy cold callers who can get through to decision-makers, start real conversations, and generate qualified leads for our sales team. You'll be responsible for making a high volume of outbound calls daily and are expected to perform. If you're competitive, money-motivated, and comfortable handling rejection, this is the perfect opportunity. •Monthly bonuses for hitting KPI's•What You'll Be Doing Make 100+ outbound cold calls per day to smoke shops, vape stores, and retailers Speak directly with owners and/or buyers to introduce our product line Qualify accounts and identify real buying opportunities Set up orders or hand off hot leads to closers Track all activity in CRM (calls, notes, follow-ups) Follow up with prospects consistently until you get a yes or no Learn product knowledge quickly and communicate value clearly What We're Looking For Experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales (preferred but not required) Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone Ability to handle rejection without slowing down High energy, competitive mindset, and strong work ethic Self-motivated and able to work independently Comfortable in a high-volume, performance-driven environment Compensation Base pay + performance bonuses Commission opportunities for closed deals Bonuses for hitting daily/weekly call targets High performers have strong earning potential
